Olympia Development of Michigan Mixed-Use Office Building
L.S. Brinker provided construction management services for the Olympia Development of Michigan Mixed-Use Office Building, or ODM-MUOB. The 5-story, 127,000 sq. ft. Class A office building is located at 2715 Woodward Avenue between Little Caesars Arena and the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of business in the heart of the District Detroit.
The building features modern office spaces throughout with state-of-the-art comfort, health and safety systems as well as a 40-seat café and other amenities for its professional tenants. Office spaces were designed to showcase more natural light throughout the building and also include open spaces that are dedicated for team collaboration. In addition to over 100,000 sq. ft. of office space spanning the upper four floors, the MUOB also includes 17,000 sq. ft. of dynamic retail space at street level.
