Hitsville Next is the first phase of a 50 million dollar Motown Campus master plan. Work is currently underway on the space to house a growing series of youth and community programs, encapsulating Motown’s legacy and fueling inspiration and opportunity for future generations. There are several planned construction phases with the first linking three houses east of the Hitsville building that served as Berry Gordy’s original headquarters and studio. The scope of services includes entrepreneurial and office spaces and additional areas that provide an opportunity to entertain and tell the stories of talented and creative people. Two of the subcontractors on this project are Brinker self-perform companies: Brinker Team Construction and Universal Glass and Metals.
