Chase Bank Corktown

This Chase Bank location in Corktown is located on the former Tigers Stadium site at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Trumbull. The development in which the brand is located is called The Corner, Michigan + Trumbull. It is a high-end apartment complex that has direct views in to The Corner Ballpark, the new Police Athletic League baseball park that was developed in this location.

Chase Bank is located in the corner retail space of this new development. L.S. Brinker worked with our local Subcontractor base and coordinated all Chase Bank vendors for Furniture, Security, AV / IT, Banking Equipment and Window Treatments.

The scope of work included general fit-out construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication and security installations, interior finishes (ceiling, walls and flooring), AV and bank equipment and interior/exterior signage. Also included in the project were the development of 5 PCS office, 1 conference room, an after-hours Community Room and a 24/7 vestibule with side-by-side ATM & AHD.
