Our most recent prestigious industry awards are for construction management services on iconic restorations of the Book Tower and Ford Michigan Central Station. L.S. Brinker is at the center of our Brinker family as the general contracting and construction management company. We manage projects of all sizes, both union and non-union, and always hire the right trades for the job. Whether or not we subcontract our own self-perform companies, we always have unique access to knowledge and labor, benefiting our clients in the earliest stages.

Brinker Team Construction is an exterior carpentry and interior finishing subcontractor that provides and installs drywall, millwork, light gauge framing, metal framing, acoustic ceilings, and other installations. We were the first in the family of Brinker companies.

Universal Glass + Metals is a full-service glass and glazing subcontractor recognized for producing high-performance systems. We provide curtain wall, storefront, entrances, windows, glass guardrails, skylights, interior and specialty glass, design and conceptual budgeting assistance.

City Carpet + Flooring is a subcontractor specializing in installation of carpet, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), ceramic tile, wood flooring, rubber and specialty bases. We provide project management, estimating, and accounting services to our clients within a variety of market sectors.

Brinker Supply offers four core divisions of material supply, consolidated under one certified MBE platform, to simplify the procurement process and add measurable value for clients. The divisions are: flooring, paint, lighting, and division 10.
