Trey Zackery serves as the Executive Vice President of Brinker Supply and City Carpet & Flooring, overseeing its strategic growth, operations, and financial performance, with a focus on building high-performing teams. With 19 years in the construction industry, Trey is committed to developing systems that foster sustainable growth, particularly within the African American community.

Trey holds a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University and has played a role in projects like the DAC 7th Floor Addition, the Chandler Park Dome, and Detroit’s Book Tower. His leadership is rooted in the value of unconditional support, believing that teams thrive when they consistently show up for one another. In addition to his leadership within this self-perform, he is a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the collective growth of all Brinker companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
