Scott has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years on various types of new and renovated facilities, specializing in preconstruction activities, field operations, project management and construction consulting. He is highly valued for his analytical expertise and thoroughness and excels at developing solutions for challenging, multi-phased projects. He is respected for his direct approach to problem solving and responding to client needs.

Scott will be intimately involved in all aspects of the project from preconstruction, contract negotiations and operations, through project cost control, budget, and risk mitigation. Scott is responsible for the execution and delivery of sound business practices all projects and opportunities, with a specific emphasis on client relationships, cost reporting, fee maintenance, schedule management, risk mitigation, contract compliance, subcontractor performance and procuring new projects. He provides overall management from award through close-out including final payment while monitoring and evaluating all projects performance indicators as it relates to safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
