Director, Compliance & Information Systems, Brinker
As the Director of Compliance and Information Systems, Tricia drives operational excellence by managing the alignment of software systems and the execution of standard operating procedures across all five companies. She monitors Procore and Sage as well as all accounting and operational systems for our General Contracting and Construction Management projects. With 20 years of industry experience, perhaps one of the most valuable roles Tricia plays at Brinker is liaison across all departments and companies. On any given day, she wears a variety of hats that fit impossibly well, from managing project audits, contractual compliance reviews, and systems training to engaging in cost meetings, problem-solving sessions, and on-boarding for new employees.
Tricia started with Brinker in May 2014 as a project engineer and was instrumental in the construction of the Michigan Veterans Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, and the U of M Trotter projects. She strongly believes in the Brinker family values of teamwork and communication as essential to both the company and living by her own values of hard work, loyalty, and dedication. Tricia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management at Saginaw Valley State University and began her commercial construction career at Skanska USA Building. Tricia is also a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
