Kimberly Hoyle
Vice President, Strategic Growth, Brinker
Kim brings more than 20 years of experience leading integrated growth strategies across the construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, marketing, and nonprofit sectors. Her background spans business development, strategic partnerships, capital markets, communications, and organizational growth, with a strong focus on building scalable revenue strategies, entering new markets, and aligning cross-functional teams around long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining Brinker Group, Kim held senior leadership roles with globally recognized communications and marketing firm LLYC, where she led strategic growth and national business development efforts across multiple industry sectors, including capital markets, economic development, infrastructure, and public affairs. She also served as Senior Director of Corporate Growth and Strategic Partnerships at Downtown Boxing Gym, where she led corporate partnership and growth initiatives in support of the organization’s long-term sustainability and expansion strategy.
Kim also brings deep experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry through prior leadership roles with Hamilton Anderson Associates and Metro Consulting Associates (MCA). In those roles, she helped lead market expansion initiatives, strengthen strategic positioning, and support business development efforts tied to infrastructure, civic, municipal, and community development projects across Detroit and broader regional markets.
Throughout her career, Kim has worked closely with executive leadership teams, developers, investors, public sector stakeholders, and corporate partners to identify new market opportunities, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive transformational growth initiatives.
In addition to her professional work, Kim is actively engaged in civic and community leadership across Detroit. She serves on the boards of organizations focused on arts, workforce development, and innovation, and is passionate about initiatives that create long-term economic and community impact.
