Executive Vice President, Universal Glass & Metals

Justin has nearly 20 years in the industry, most recently as Vice President, Madison Heights Glass, where he learned the business from the ground-up ultimately managing the daily operations and driving business expansion throughout the Midwest and other parts of the country.

Justin has lived and breathed the glass and glazing and curtain wall industry for his entire career, building a depth of experience and strong network of relationships with clients, partners, and peers. He joined Universal Glass & Metals for its longstanding reputation for quality work and the opportunity to support growth for Brinker and its clients in Detroit and beyond.

In addition to his leadership within this self-perform, he is a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the collective growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
