With over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Jerry Baecke leads strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight for Universal Glass & Metals. He is focused on evolving high-performing teams by refining internal systems, driving financial growth, and developing talent from within. A graduate of ITT Tech with a degree in drafting and design, Baecke has contributed to notable projects such as Gun Lake Casino (Clark Construction), the U-M LSA Building (Walbridge), and the Henry Ford Sky Bridge (Turner). He is passionate about fostering opportunity, building structure, and upholding a culture of unconditional support—values that guide both his leadership style and client relationships.
