Howard Morrow

Executive Vice President, Brinker Team Construction

As the Executive Vice President of Brinker Team Construction, Howard oversees business development, strategic employee development, estimating, project management, operations, union relations, and day-to-day field operations. He is responsible for various types of new construction and renovation projects in occupied facilities and brings 20 years of construction industry experience to every job. He is responsible for ensuring that all trade work meets the specified project scope and schedule, with smooth coordination in the field. He regularly interfaces with the owner, architects, and general contractors or construction managers.

Howard grew up in the industry, starting as a carpenter apprentice and has held every position to date. He earned the AGC of Michigan Apprentice of the Year Award in 2008. In addition to his leadership within this self-perform, he is a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the collective growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
