Domenic Maiuri

Chief Financial Officer, Brinker

Domenic has been a part of the Brinker family for 22 years and always has the best interest of our company and employees in mind. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he makes it a personal goal to institute cost-saving methods and proactive financial practices that add value to Brinker and its clients. Domenic oversees the line of credit and bonding for the company and supports the overall business through a multitude of duties associated with health insurance benefits, worker’s compensation claims, commercial company group insurance negotiations, real estate transactions, banking relationships, and legal issues.

His experience before joining Brinker was as the CFO for Guardian National Acceptance Corp., a subprime auto finance company, and as a CPA with Doeren Mayhew. Domenic earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University with a major in Accounting. Domenic is also a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
