Dan Gadbois

Safety Director, Brinker

Dan has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently displayed the highest level of standards to ensure a safe job-site every time. He is responsible for environmental, health and safety awareness and training of all field employees. Dan maintains current knowledge of all federal (OSHA), state (MIOSHA), local and Brinker safety work rules and guidelines effectively develop and update on-site safety plans and procedures for best practices.

As Safety Director, Dan will oversee the project to ensure compliance with all on-site safety standards. He will develop the site-specific safety plan including orientation of all workers. He will conduct communication meetings with the entire project team, make scheduled and unannounced site safety inspections, and issue non-compliance reports to trade subcontractors as needed in accordance with safety regulations.
