Brian Farhat
Chief Administrative Officer, Brinker
As the Chief Administrative Officer, Brian works in partnership with our CEO, COO, and CFO, developing and implementing key strategies, standard procedures, and business plans for the entire organization. He is pivotal in strengthening our ability to support recent and future growth for our clients, employees, and community. By overseeing the core disciplines (Human Resources, Marketing, and Information Technology) that support all five of our companies, Brian helps drive the alignment of vision, goals, and action at all levels of Brinker. He lives and breathes our core values and leads the way in communication, collaboration, empowerment, and trust.
Brian has 20 years in the industry with a strong mix of expertise in operations, finance, process, and systems. He joined Brinker in 2019 following a long tenure in finance at Barton Malow where he also served as the program manager for the design, implementation, and integration of software systems critical to daily operations. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting degree from Grand Valley State University. He is a member of Financial Executives International and served as president for the Metro Detroit Construction Financial Management Association Chapter from 2013 to 2014. Brian is also a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
