Vice President, L.S. Brinker
Agnes has 30 years of construction management experience, including on-site field experience and representation on the owner side of the business getting to know client needs firsthand and driving high level results. Overall, her experience has taken her to multiple states and spreads across a mix of market sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, office, data centers and building technology.
Intimately involved in all aspects of L.S. Brinker from pre-construction, contract negotiations and operations to project cost control, budget, and risk mitigation, Agnes is responsible for the delivery of sound business practices associated with the projects and opportunities assigned with specific emphasis on client relationships, accruing cost reporting, profit and loss, schedule management, risk mitigation, contract compliance, subcontractor performance, and procuring new work. She provides overall management from award through close-out and final payment and monitors and evaluates project performance as it relates to quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
In addition to her leadership role in L.S. Brinker, Agnes is a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
