Agnes has 30+ years of construction management experience, including onsite field experience and representation on the owner side of the business where she discovered client needs firsthand and driving high level results. Overall, her experience has taken her to multiple states and spreads across a mix of market sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, office, data centers and building technology.

As Executive Vice President of L.S. Brinker, Agnes is responsible for providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of its business plan, mission, and financial objectives. She plans, organizes, and directs the overall operation of L.S. Brinker while driving diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. In addition to his leadership within this construction management and general contracting company, she is a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the collective growth of all Brinker companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
