Ally Detroit Center

Ally Detroit Center, formerly One Detroit Center, is the tallest office building in Detroit. Originally built in 1993, this Class-A office building is located downtown and overlooks the Detroit Financial District.

Major renovations were needed to accommodate new tenants moving into six floors of the 43-story building ultimately creating a more open, colorful and team-oriented office space. This project included carpet, flooring, painting and ceiling replacement, as well as the installation of cabinets and countertops. Dry kitchens and feature walls were installed on each floor along with walls that function as dry erase boards. This renovation also included the replacement of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Additionally, we replaced lighting fixtures and bathrooms to comply with ADA standards.
