Executive Vice President, Brinker Team Construction and City Carpet & Flooring
As Executive Vice President of Brinker Team Construction and City Carpet & Flooring, Paul oversees business development, strategic employee development, estimating, project management, operations, union relations, and day-to-day field operations for both self-perform companies. He is responsible for various types of new construction and renovation projects in occupied facilities and brings 34 years of construction industry experience to every job. He is responsible for ensuring that all trade work meets the specified project scope and schedule, with smooth coordination in the field. He regularly interfaces with the owner, architects, and general contractors or construction managers.
Paul began as a journeyman carpenter and joined Brinker Team Construction in 1995 as a carpenter foreman. He possesses hands-on knowledge of construction materials, building codes, architectural finishes, practices, job site safety, and quality control. Paul has overseen a vast number of projects totaling more than $360M. He is currently a Board Member of the Architectural Contractors Trade Association and the Architectural Contractors Trade Association’s Member relations committee. Paul is CPR/AED First Aid certified and has successfully completed OSHA 30-hour training and M.U.S.T safety training modules. Paul is also a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
