Executive Vice President, L.S. Brinker

As Executive Vice President, Dwight is responsible for providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of L.S. Brinker’s business plan, mission, and financial objectives. He plans, organizes, and directs the overall operation of L.S. Brinker while promoting community involvement and workforce development.

Dwight’s 27-year construction career includes a focus on preconstruction and estimating, with specialization in healthcare, technology, and security solutions. He has a keen ability to see a project through the lens of a client and is highly effective in helping clients make important decisions throughout the life of a project, often serving as a facilitator between clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. As a project executive, Dwight manages the process of performing quantitative surveys and accurate pricing for all phases of design from early inception through an acceptable working budget, GMP, or lump sum price. He closely monitors the budget at all stages of development and into construction. Dwight is also a member of the Brinker executive team helping drive the future growth of all five companies through strategic planning and day-to-day collaboration.
